We need to exam this tragedy which has been in our society for too long. And another question is what trauma has been inflicted on the young child / adolescence which are hurt in so many ways. I am sorry, but you can absolutely not compare a alarmclock what's a innovation(Bid'ah) in the development of wordly technic science, that's alright in the teachings of Islam to use.
