And if a women gets divorced, who does she turn to if she has no one? Don't oversimplify the issue. It is a communal obligation that people aid one another when necessary. You are not doing it to get something in this life. You are doing it because you are a human being and you care for the plight of others, just as you hope they care for you. If it is beyond your means to help, that is fine. That is why its fard kifayah; some people in the community surely can help. Salams.

It is the general ruling of the religion that "that which is not prohibited, is permissible." It is not an innovation. Because by YOUR own definition of zikr, it is zikr. There is nothing wrong with proclaiming Allahs name as zikr, as Allah says regarding people like you, "Who can be a greater oppressor than the person who prevents the Zikr of Allah’s name in the Houses of Allah" 2:114

One more comment please. It is true that women and men have a dress code in Islam and we follow it because it is the orders of Allah. What you want to dress is your business and no ones else business. Nothing you can dress can justify any kind of harassment from a man, simply because in Islam Allah ordered men not to stare/look at women specially those who are "violating" the dress code. So no one can blame a girl for the way she dress, he should have simply looked the other way if he wanted.

Also, I follow the opinions of the scholars who have divided Bidah into 5 types, such as Imam Nawawi. And that some bidah can be good as the word "kullu" in the hadith "kullu bidatin dalala" does not always mean every without exception but can mean most or majority. And this is confirmed by the hadith where the prophet (peace be upon him) said "Whoever INVENTS a good practice will have the reward of it and those who follow him without their reward decreasing in the least."
