The quotes at the end were exactly what I needed to read. 2024 has been a mess, and as a result, I've been worrying about so much that is ultimately out of my control, and it's been wreaking havoc. I recently got a chance to get away for a little while, but the switch from chaos to calm, was like a shock to my system; I was having anxiety attacks, crying spells, feeling upset and queasy, the whole nine yards. Today was better, but it meant a lot to get a reminder in this video that people can live without me for a little while, and that I don't have to feel like a strained stitch trying desperately to keep everything together. That it's okay to let go, fall apart, and regroup for my own sake. I'm guilty of giving others the advice of showing themselves grace, allowing themselves to break down without judgment, and taking the time to put themselves first (especially when the shit is hitting the fan), but not always practicing what I preach. Thank you for your gentleness and kindness. I hope you're turning that same energy inward.

Hey nomad its so good to see you're doing well! The struggle is real when it comes to passion and attention span, I think some of us weren't made to get stuck in a groove and doing the same job or hobby forever. Its okay to have different interests and ventures, i personally seem to fall in and out with ASMR myself. I come back every so often when i get in the rut of staying up till 3am, could be a week it could be months. But i always come back to check in when i do. I think you should do whatever you need and want to do, and we'll all be cheering you through because we just want you to thrive 😁

I've been having sleep problems recently and needed to switch up from the asmr I usually listen to. Now, typically I'd find a male voice a bit unsettling in asmr as it normally wouldn't be sleep inducing. I guess you're an exception, first time here by the way.
