I feel that asmr has taught me how to listen...I find myself really listening throughout the day, to the sound of water running, as I pour out a glass, or turn on the tap, to the sound of a lid, turning...I also notice and appreciate the texture of everything I touch...my body feels so much calmer, it really helps with anxiety, and life is rich...thank you 🙏
