Desmond RIdder, great DI QB, but a well below-average pro QB and that's okay. Not every guy is going to be amazing right out the gate, like Pat Mahomes and Josh Allen even struggled their first seasons, but by year two and three they usually show great turnaround. This guy may be even worse than Zach Wilson, who I really thought would be a great pro backup QB, but Ridder who was probably a 85 overall college QB, but not even a 70 overall in pros.
