Thank you for the video. I just upgraded from a 2013 Mac Pro to a 2018 i7 Mac mini with 32gb ram like yourself. Obviously the video performance is terrible on a Mac mini! But found a Vega 56 today for 25$ on fb marketplace and have the razer chroma egpu. Happy to hear the Vega 56 works well with the Mac mini and cant wait to test it out myself !

Did you end up keeping the dormeo? I picked up the simba luxe but haven’t been happy with it as it has dips after a month. Thinking of going for the dormeo instead

I have the Simba Lux and it’s absolutely brilliant. Medium firm but very comfortable. I have noticed I hardly move during the night. Happy to be in the same place. I sleep better and wake very refreshed. I actually look forward to going to bed at night. The Simba lux that I have is a double, but I had a single Simba Pro but, it was too firm and too small. Double lux all the way for me with a 200 day trial period and a 10 year warranty.😊

Hi, we are looking to buy this mattress now, it is still expensive though... Just wanted to ask if still good after 2 years? are you still using it?

My friend and I both bought a pair. Both of us had issues with leaking. Both had a 2nd pair made (company very helpful to replace) and same issues, leaking. Not sure if it's a female thing or what. We both have narrow faces so not sure if that is the issue. We tried over and over and over (changing the nose pieces, tightening, loosening, everything) and still leaked. I know lots of great reviews for this company and they are very friendly to work with but both of us have moved on to other goggles that work better for us.

How does the dormeo compare to the Emma brand mattress which I am told are also less firm than the simba range

This was a very helpful and thorough review. I especially liked that you did a 3-week and 3-month check in. Still on the fence as to whether or not to buy, but you definitely touched on the key points. Disappointing about the anti-fog, since they claim "anti-fog".

A month ago (Feb 2024) , I bought a different brand that is identical - IFCOW. Changing the time is difficult. There are no instructions in English on how to do that. I have poked around with the buttons on the back to no avail. Otherwise, I love it.

I'm a side sleeper and I think I definitely need to try something like this. I've tried to improve the quality of my sleep by going to bed on time, giving myself plenty of time to sleep and even not using my phone 30 minutes before getting into bed. However, I still find it difficult to fall asleep at times and sometimes have headaches in the morning, because my pillow is too flat.

I bought a simple 2017. And I have struggled with it for 6 months. It was OK after 6 months. I was in agony and then they didn't want to give me any support and send somebody out. That's thin like a wafer and I'm 15 stones. I mean, it's ridiculous, you can't compare. After 6 years, I've got back to them. And they're now happily to replace it. But the thing is as I said replacing it. It's not my issue i What is she missed 1 m can't fit all and I've told them. I've got problems with my lower number I've got problems with my pelvic area. I'm having to struggle to stand up for too long at work am I current I've got to sit down, had to have a economic chair because I'm in agony. I've got problems with my ankles and also my feet. So my whole structure has not been aligned. My sleeping on this mattress and how do I know this? I slept on my own daughter's mattress. Just the other day cheap mattress. It was a medium firm. Did she had a top put on top? And it was the most comfortable sleep I've ever had. Anna realise it's my mattress and not my body. Cause I'm getting on a bit. I thought it maybe cause of the changes. Nobody has been affected but now it's definitely simple mattress. So you be very careful. I don't think 200 days is enough. I think 9 months will give you the significant amount of time. Set a light of this mattress is for you or not. Because, as I said for 6 months. It was OK after that it started to go right down. And I was in agony all the time. And I've been tolerating it for 6 years and having to keep spend things like getting bored to put under me and getting toppers to put on top. I use a product called ‘Cat crap’ to stop my reading glasses fogging when I read in the bath (BMX company), works well so I may try in goggles when they start fogging. I’m still on the fence about these goggles

Idk i think ill invest but my biggest issue is that they domt offer prescriütion goggles for people with glasses, like myself. I‘m somewhat ok without, though in cloudy water with a dark shade i sometimes have issues. Nothing bad and i can srill use any normal goggles but if im paying that much for a pair i should have the option to add my specific prescription.. they coupd even change more if they want for the prescription but to not offer it at all at that pricepoint is not really accpetable. Especially when their entire motto is to custom fit and design eveything individually for everyone. Also i‘m 99% sure they dont custom bend each piece of glass for every goggle and the lenses at least are mass manufactured so why not offer prescriptions when i can get a pair for 30$ or less off of amazon with prescription.. Yeah otherwise they sound very good and i‘ve caved and bought a pair after i saw a sale recently so we‘ll see.

I noticed clog seemed to cause more hunting when using video. And I agree eye tracking seems to not be very effective when the subject is far away. Example: a person on stage and your zoomed out to capture the width of the set.

We had a dormeo octaspring one which was comfy but not at all durable. Top layer tore in the first year and the replacement one did the same and now has huge divets where it has been slept in. 🫤
