So it would be nice if you would have shared the food plan so we know more about if it will work for us. A literal copy. I just can't find anything about the meal plan anywhere, no books, videos. Did you say the workouts a eBooks and no videos? That seems expensive for nothing you can follow in a video.

This stretch is great for sex. I'm 66yrs old and I pulled a muscle watching this video, so now I just watch a little bit at a time.

How much more progress do you think you would have made if you were getting in an adequate protein intake & a slight calorie surplus from the start?
@HomeGymReviews2 ай бұрын
It's hard to say for sure, but I'd say on average probably 0.5 LBS - 1.0 LBS per week. It all depends on your bodies metabolic rate vs your calorie intake. The hardest thing for me was to consistently have a calorie surplus.

I learned this "accidentally", my shoulders are pretty strong, and once I had an intrusive thought while stretching in a "half split (?)" position, so I placed my hands to the ground, started to lift my feet, and suddenly I was in a handstand position

The fun part is that there should be no straps hanging loose but they still hang loose in your videos so maybe you don’t really understand how they work 😂

Bro pls don’t make my mistake don’t push ur hamstring don’t and don’t do over splits to get flat splits and warm up bc me I injured my high hamstring and I can’t do splits bc I pushed past my limits and don’t forget about strength training of ur hip to prevent any injury

Which length did you choose? With the cam buckle, I hear most people go for 14-15ft straps.
@HomeGymReviews5 ай бұрын
The straps I have are 11-12ft long. And they’re good for indoor use with the pull up bar I have. But if you want to hang them up outdoors (like on a tree), I’d definitely recommend longer straps, like 14-15ft.

Can you do inverted rows safely with this setup (crossgrips)?
@HomeGymReviews7 ай бұрын
Yeah I do inverted rows with my setup all the time. I just make sure my ring straps are centered on the Crossgrip handles, and you should be good to go!

thanks for the review. I ordered and received these and the right handle on mine isn't at 90 degrees like the left handle is. Have you experienced the same? There are a lot of reviews on Amazon experiencing the same thing unfortunately.
@HomeGymReviews7 ай бұрын
Really? That’s odd! I didn’t have that problem with mine. I ordered mine about a year and a half ago from Amazon, and there were no issues with the set that I received. I’ll have to look into that and maybe make another video letting others know about that problem!

Is this good for kicking? Like kickboxing?
@HomeGymReviews8 ай бұрын
I don't have any experience with kickboxing personally, but I would say flexibility is a big part of what makes a kickboxer capable of being great! hopefully that helps!

I bought this program in March this year, it is now mid October and I’m basically where this guy is after 30 days, it’s quite dispiriting because I feel like these programs work for other people and not for me. I keep following the videos and the training regime but I think I’ve very much plateaued 😒

Trying to work myself back up to this too. I'm 36 and have 4 kids and a chronic illness so the last ten years I've been mostly sedentary apart from chasing toddlers. Currently in remission from crohns and the youngest is 3 so I'm finally starting to feel like myself again for the most part. Thanks for the inspiration! I would love to teach my husband how to spot and be able to utilize that!
