Calling it now. An LMP2 will dictate the winner of LMP1 at Le Mans in 2024 (yes I know it's called LMDh, LMH). Get rid of that ridiculous category. Formula Oreca will be remembered as one of the worst decisions in prototype history., get rid of them! Remember when Dome, Ligier, Oreca, SMP were all fighting for top honours? yeah, FIA killed that. At some point FIA needs to admit what they did and relegate them to the dustbin of the past where they belong. Glickenhaus wasn't that far removed from an LMP2 when BOP wasn't taken advantage of.

Probably the camera frame rate. Same reason why they look like they flash in slo-mo. They do flash, way too fast for the himan eye to notice. If its flashing 30x a second, and the frame rate is 30, then its either going to look like its always on or off, no flash. Like how if you film a helicopter whos rotors are moving at 30 rpm at 30 fps it will look like the rotors are sitting still
