Well, if that is true, it was ages ago, and evidently, he's changed his ways and wants to help make a difference. Sometimes people have addiction problems where they can't help themselves and need support from others in order to help them through their struggles. Regardless of peoples poor decisions , whether it be abuse of alcohol or drugs, everyone deserves to be helped and no one, no matter how low they sink, should be abandoned. That's what being human is all about, helping one another.

What an obscene thing to post as a comment to a video of someone clearly trying his utmost to be the change our society needs in it's approach to mental health. The artist lays no claim to being squeaky clean, nor do his experiences dilute the significance of his message. Take your stupidity elsewhere and try to turn it into positivity

I've done my fair amount of WAY too much drinking. First of all, I was young. Second of, I was curious to try shit (still am, heads up: you only live once) Third of, when I realized it wasn't the best for my "condition", I stopped all abuse. I changed. And now only take substances of any kind on a very rare occasion. I learned. I changed.
