Sounds like a great book. It's good to know we're not alone in our weight loss journey's. There is hope out there. Keep up the good work. We're going to get there one day, hopefully soon.

Ugh the boxing ourselves into the weighloss category is such a huge trap! I totally get it. That's why I stopped posting videos. I wanted to share other parts of me and my life but I was a "weightloss" channel. You're not a failure! 18 years of consistent effort isn't failure, that's determination! You're so not a fraud. You're human focusing your life toward a healthier path. Try not to be so hard on yourself!
@ValerieReese22 сағат бұрын
Life makes it hard to follow a weight loss plan sometimes. Go back to all the great tips you have given us. Try to keep focused on pushing away the foods that aren't good for you. I actually said no to my favorite cookie yesterday. That was a big success for me. I don't know what I would say tomorrow if that cookie is put in front of me again. Just take it one day at a time and try to stay strong.

Thanks for sharing. I’ve been super busy and haven’t been able to watch or comment much. I’m getting caught up now. I totally understand how you feel. I think we’re at the age where we’re losing our parents and it does cause depression and you really don’t want to do things so you’re not alone, my dad is gone as well. What an awesome book review and on such a topic that isn't explored enough. You don't have to have a traumatic experience to trigger you into over eating. It's incredibly common for food to be associated with love. There's even the phrase, "The secret ingredient is love." Spending time together, celebrations; holidays usually involves food. Add in how addicting they purposely make food and its a recipe for an obesity epidemic. I love how you finish up the review with how positive leading a healthy lifestyle can be and it's a lot of reframing the mind. Wonderful book review! Thank you for putting in the work for us <3

@GoFishOffice7 күн бұрын
I know that if I have not made time for something be it exercise, hobby, cleaning etc I would dedicate at least 5 minutes figuring I can so 5 minutes she that is better than nothing. It actually can make a big difference. You can clean a lot more than you think in 5, and doing continual daily if at least 5 minutes of exercise each day did show results. Try it and see especially on things you don't usually take time for or on busier days 😊
@noexcuses_beliefinmyself4 күн бұрын
