Any one else figure out why it is not returning the data? I am not getting an error just nothing displayed. I used all the examples he did in the video with no luck. If you have, have you also figured out how to get this to work with ETFs? Or does anyone know of all code that will wotk for ETFs.

The real reason they aren’t right for all people is that when things go bad, you might lose 100% of you investment over a period of about 3 years given KNOWN historical backtesting. Like. All. And you’ll have to keep dumping your income into these losing bets for years until they pop back unbelievably and make it all back and more. And you should probably diversify into a few of these ETFs because some will collapse. And you need to stay disciplined and not chicken out because “this recession is different”. Easier said than done.

I don’t know how to explain this but if someone has been buying into that November’s downtrend (regardless of Leveraged or not) then the person shouldn’t be investing in the first place. Even placing the most simplest form a moving average would tell us the market is in downtrend and we shouldn’t buy at this stage. Anyway, good videos on LETFs. Thanks

What this really means in practice is that volatility is off the charts. During an up market, positive drift magnifies the ups, and during a down market, negative drift magnifies the downs. Which is nuts if you go all in on something like this. But it is a thing of beauty when it makes up a small portion of a portfolio because then the rebalancing makes that volatility work in your favor. Load up on shares by selling some of your more mellow funds, and then cash out when things are booming.
