Hi, from my personal feedback as tiger, I would say that if you are use to sociolyse with the pack, you have no problem to leave a message here if the content speaks to you and touch your emotions. A big decision for a sigma in life is to decide if he will be independent or employee. For me family was the priority so I deceded to take a safety job and make make my business after work. It is not easy every day in the pack because your inner nature want you more quite and you have too deal with alphas what is quite difficult sometimes because they always try to control you but yes with the time, you get more social skills and strategy than someone who is is often out of the pack.
