Man thats insane. My brother and I were both infantry and in 2006 I got to join him at 2/327 101st. We were in different companies, but same battalion for about a year. These two are on a whole other level though. Much respect 🙏

welp this COMPLETELY settles the armchair operators and there attempts (some lengthy and weirdly and deviously intricate) at disproving tu serving in Delta.

Hey there Mr Scot. I’m Ottice Amison’s son. Super cool that you’re doing this. I’m enlisting as soon as my recruiter can get me a airborne contract. So basically i’m just waiting for a spot. Ever since he meantion you to me it really motivated me to give it a shot and push myself. I’ve been doing ruck marches, push-ups, etc… everyday. Thank you for your service. ALL THE WAYYY

Thank you spooner boys for everything you did for this country and everything you sacrificed for my freedom.im blessed and brought to tears when i think about your missed days with your family and the pain and emotional suffering that war brings upon men like u..its truly a honor just watching your videos..the thought of ignorant people burning, spitting, stomping on and American flag is repulsive...may God bless you and your brother and family and keeps all of u out of harms way brother...

Is the lie not a slave of the truth? Is the lie not constantly maintained to appear as the truth? Is the path not a slave of the way? Is the path not constantly maintained to appear as the way? Does not the lie and the path eventually exhaust, and does not the truth and the way remain?-DW

Sir as an ex soldier the way learned stays with a person because you are molded in a way of thinking and being. I still shoot i even see you wielding a kerambit type of blade wich i can dream trained with it and other blades. I work in security with the salvation army doing good work. The sense of what is wrong and what isnt in my vision is very strongly present. The way learned as a soldier stays. Respect from an ex brother in arms.

I literally just retired after 21 years. I was 11B my entire career and can really relate to everything he said, but there’s one thing that stuck out to me. The part about being masterless aka ronin. I’ve been feeling a lot of anxiety about my retirement because I’ve been a soldier all of my life. I’ve served in Iraq, Afghanistan, and all over the continent of Africa, and the one constant was having someone else have control over a lot of what I did. But this video somehow put me at ease. Thank you.

That pension kinda makes it easy to disregard the world and make your own path in life. Not saying he hasn't earned it, just stating a simple fact. There are tons of veterans with as much gumption as him, but they didn't fully retire so they have a separate struggle to deal with the rest of their life. It's a big trade off though, because he gave up TWENTY THREE years! That's such a long time! I'm glad to see what he has used his skills and resources to create - his instruction is TOP NOTCH!

Wow! To hear this hit me right in the gut. I suffer from ptsd. No from war but other traumatic situations. I sabotage anything good. I avoid any holidays. I just go to work to skip it. I hate sleeping because of the nightmares in them. Then I think of my buddies that died, then feel guilty because i live in a dark place. And i should because my friends would love to have life. I ets out of the military, then not long after my unit deployed and lost alot of friends too. But hearing your story is the first time i hear someone say excatly what I feel. Thank you for sharing

Gentlemen I have never served a day the military, and I respect and honor all who have served for our country (USA) in my case. I myself suffer from depression, anxiety, and OCD. When my depression hits hard telling me I’m worthless and nothing, my OCD will repeat those thoughts over and over, and then my anxiety builds up. Then fear tries to take over. I listen to these videos daily to help me gain back control of my emotions and lock them down. These videos of have me through very very dark times. I want to Thank you truly for serving and sacrificing for our country and sharing your stories.
