We live in the foothills of California and my brother on the way home from work seen a guy along side the road trying to start a fire in tall dry grass.when my brother turned the car around the guy ran towards his car but didn't make it my brother tackled him and there was a short fight. My brother knocked him out he didn't know my brother did some amateur boxing.my brother flagged down a country worker and he called the police and the fire bug was arrested. Lucky he didn't have time to get the fire started but he had a record for starting a fire before
