For those of you with Maschine Plus you must first go to settings -> system -> controller mode, and THEN you can turn it to MIDI mode.

So I tried this and programmed a bunch of functions. It worked perfectly, until it totally spazzed out. Kind of flipping between either Rec or Stop or Play. What did I do wrong? Now it wont work at all anymore. Any settings in Controller Editor or Shortcuts wont work and completely spazz out Logic...

@@CourtneyHawkins You inspire me to actually learn how to use the Maschine Software with my Mikro mk3. I'm so used to just using Logic and Serato Sample to chop and slice and I use the Mikro to add one shots too. But I'll strive to take a little time every week to get familiar with using the dope kits and sounds and chopping in Maschine to see what interesting things I can come up with

@@CourtneyHawkins It is crazy. I have the Maschine MK3, Logic Pro X and the S88 Keyboard. The Controlls at the S88 are working fine. But Maschine still works only by double Clicking on the Buttons ( PLAY, STOP, RECORD....etc....) I watched many Tutorials to fix it. The Manual does not talk about it. Now i test different other things. And i wait for the answer from NI, what to do.

@@CourtneyHawkins I got it! Some sends me a like of the Video " Integrate Maschine with Logic in just 1 MINUTE! " I combination with your tutorial: i got a perfect solution for my setup. Just Drag and Drop the Mackie Control in the same place near the Maschine MK3 in the Control Surface Setup Page, select in the templates Mackie Control, and then use the steps by Courtney to edit thecontroller buttons.
