I played this when i was like... 4? Idk How I managed it without being able to read and with my little stupid brain But I always made it to the cave with the skeletons but also i always died in this cave and i never saw the end of the game before... 😢😂

This is absolutely the definitive way to play Alpha!!! It would be great if you also add Juli, Juni and the exclusive GBA and PSP chars [Maki, Eagle, Ingrid and Yun] Congrats, excellent work

Thank you. My intention is to add Juni and Juli in the final version. But the PSP characters have a different visual style that to my taste, does not feel as if they are a part of the Alpha universe. So I don't really feel like adding them. But we'll see :)

@@agented1877 Thanks for answering, that's ok, the game it's pretty solid the way it is, besides, you are right, Eagle has SNK Style sprites, Yun comes from SFIII and Ingrid looks like she belongs to a different game. With Yuni and Yuli the game will be perfect then

Juni/Juri dolls are already present in v1.2.2 just not in a polished release-ready state, but still selectable and entirely playable. Hint 1 - look in the characters folder Hint 2 - see the chars.def syntax and add them in (I opted to toggle between both flavors of Cammy and Juni/Juli).

Woah, I only played the N64 version. I knew this was different, but I didn't expect such drastic changes. The levels are much more detailed here and the game uses the exact same tank controls seen in early Rayman 2 footage. I have to hunt down the Special Edition and get it to run on modern hardware.

It is indeed quite different than the retail editions. There are some ups and downs of both versions, and both of them are great as they are.

This was the beta version of the game, also known as the Special Edition. Special Edition has different versions of their own with slight differences. This one in the video is V8.5.2

If your screen does not support 1920x1080 resolution, then the game is not gonna work it properly. I will try to optimize it for the update.

Hey man, I got the game and it's pretty bad ass. But I got a problem. I use a controller for pretty much all mugen games I play. The game however can't read my controller. I use a PS5 controller. Idk what to do.

Thanks for the nice comments. The game engine is the latest version of Ikemen Go. Maybe you can try asking the community about the issue, since the game code does not have an extra edit on joystick settings.
