Ive been getting a lot of switch axe content, i dont even use it

Ok ok you have me. I'll try out switch axe now I was first disregarding SA as a lesser Chargeblade but SA is like a pure offensive CB which sounds kinda fun

Getting back into MH since the new one is coming out in a few months. Switched from a LS to a switch axe and this guide was very helpful!

I know I'm about a year late for questions, but do you have and reccomended switch axes for each element, aswell as exhaust and power, so that I know which is best for each weakness and niche

It needs an update

As a latecomer the appeal of the Conqueress line of is simply because it was the best "generalist" Switch Axe. Easy to craft, quick phial build up, good raw and decent slots. For blazing through base Rise and early to MR10 Sunbreak it was pretty much the best no-nonsense one to build without outright "cheating" with the Defender line (which cuts off power at MR anyways). I didn't start branching off to elemental until post Prime Malzeno and really start climbing up Anomaly Ranks because the monsters HP starts to get so bloated I need all the damage I can get for the repetitive grinding.

Thank you a LOT !! i am a monster hunter player since 2014 but i still am a noob, i only played 4 Monster Hunter games and finnished the story of none of them. I understood nothing about the elemental damages and as a dual blades main, reading so much about element damages about the dual blades on Reddit and Twitter made me want to understand it. You video is perfect and i understood everything in it. I like what you do with you character taking poses and showing things in the screen.

one year ago, still shit healing system. The fact that you can't craft healing/med kits is atrocious. Like this is the very basis of every monster hunter game and here it needs you to PAY REAL MONEY to heal up.

That was very helpful even if I'm using the tips for a much older MH

What if you hit a part that is not weak to the eñement? Like hitting Diablos Horns with an ice weapon. Is that raw only?

Just recently got into Rise after being a Switchaxe main in World, only to realize I was using the weapon wrong during all my initial hunts! I was used to trying to stay in sword mode all the time, chaining left/right swipes and a finisher double slash to dish out damage, only to find out the morph attacks are the way to go in this game.

Every time I come back to play a new MH game I have to look this stuff up lol I wonder on how many of these videos I've commented on over the --monster hunter-- generations.

The timer ruins the whole experience for me is way too strict. Not being able to passenger play so much to the point that I can't even gather mats or see the monsters to navigate to them just feels way to controlling on how I'm supposed to play.

I hope the element balancing in Wilds is like Sunbreaks, where pzre raw is the weakest, but easyest to build for, the Status which is stronger than pure raw, but requires more skills to work and then element which is the strongest of the 3, but requires the most skills to work.
