Honestly based on what I see the original buyer of this particular cla has opted for the cheapest possible options across any of the upgrades available (or maybe just got the 4matic upgrade and nothing else). Has a tiny screen, passenger seat not electronically adjustable, plastic in the interior, no carplay of any kind I'm guessing, stock engine, the colour of the car and the interior are god-awful - they could've opted for all the cool things but didn't. So you're reviewing the choices of the original buyer, not of the car. And that's how the cla is designed - you get all the cool things via upgrades like the uprated engine to 245hp, carplay, bigger screen, full-leather interior, interior lighting, welcome lighting, pops in the exhausts, nightshade package, tinted glass etc - there are TONS to choose from. Buying a stock one without any upgrades is just sad though, I agree.

All these 'hidden' functions or features are and should have been shown to you when you buy the car. It. nothing special or secret about it in these video. A proper trained sales consultant should have done a walk around with you.
