1) have a light breakfast before rigorous exercise + hydration after night of dehydration have a glass of water. Ease your body in. Stretch light exercise). 2) Sit up in bed for a minute or two take a few deep breathes - to allow blood to move around from waking up from a ‘slow state’. Swing your feet out of the bed pause for a few seconds to rise. Do this also when you wake up in the middle of the night to pee. Take this time it’s very important. 3) During bowl movement don’t over strain. Relax into it . Stress caused on straining can cause fainting or heart attack and rectal passage. Have good habits - sitting on bowel elevate feet on a stool. Diet rich in fibre (soften stool) + drinking water. Physical activity in general. Short walk after meal.

It’s wonderful to hear that you're embracing a more social life while staying mindful of the company you keep, that balance is so important. Your dream sounds incredibly special, almost like a heartfelt visit from your beloved childhood companion. Dogs have a way of leaving paw prints on our hearts that never fade, don’t they? ❤ It’s comforting to think that they stay with us in spirit, always bringing love and warmth. Wishing you more sweet dreams and joyful connections!

I am that person just described Weak legs n cramps every nite! I love salmon but nothing here. I first tasted salmon in Canada. We have tuna here. Yoghurt n cheese are not available here. If I move to Australia then my legs will healthier. We do not have kale..but other types of greens. I have just started taking magnesium tablets daily for 2 weeks.
@EldersInsight10 сағат бұрын
Thank you for sharing your experience! 🌟 It sounds like you're doing your best with what’s available, and that’s truly inspiring. Tuna and local greens are great for supporting your health, and magnesium tablets can make a big difference for cramps-you're already on the right track! 💪 If moving to Australia is in your future, the extra options like salmon and kale will surely help, but it’s wonderful to see you making the most of your resources now. Keep going, and I’m here to cheer you on!

That's a strong perspective, and it sounds like you're expressing some deep frustration. I think we've all felt disillusioned at times with the world or the people around us. But I also believe there’s beauty and potential in every person, even if it’s not always obvious. Sometimes, focusing on the good we can create within ourselves can help shift the lens through which we see others. What’s been on your mind lately that led you to this thought? I’d love to hear more.

interesting perspective but think you are missing the boat on doing stuff you dont want for people you love. example for me is when my wife wanted to go to a symphony. i couldn't wait for it to be over and thought about leaving early but when i looked at the joy on her face i just sucked it up and was happy for her joy.
@EldersInsight2 күн бұрын
That's a beautiful example of selflessness and love. Sometimes, the things we wouldn't choose for ourselves become meaningful because of the joy they bring to someone we care about. Your story highlights an important life lesson-happiness isn't always about personal preference but about sharing in the happiness of those we love. Thank you for sharing such a heartfelt perspective! ❤️
