Nice to see this video on youtube. Hope indian foundry industry improves in quality, cost and competitiveness. The erp software will be good for automation of basic operations but if the technical design and quality control can also be automated, it would give more cost competitiveness to the industry

@@kussh100 Nice touch ! There are actually some very good ERPs in the industry, but majority of foundries struggle with the implementation. What is needed is a very low basic easy to adopt approach and scaling up from there, based on personal experience 🙂

Do you have an episode on Electrical preheat of tundish and ladles? Could be interesting to learn if some already has implemented electrical preheating to reduce CO2 and make the working environment less humid due to the water produced in the gas burners.

Wow, there is a channel for Foundry tech in India, amazing. Insightful video. I wish to start my own foundry business, I have experience in Software development, currently working and learning CNC Machining and CAD design and I wish to do this, as I think there is relatively less competition, especially in India and I seriously belive if India wants to develop , Steel and Metal industries need to develop , USA was world power only because of their steel, China is leading because of Steel. I am your new subscriber, as a request, can you please do a podcast on how to start your own foundry, I am no hurry, currently building my software for cashflow. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

I have met some very very successful guests who speak Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati fluently, but would choose English as it could reach a global audience.
