Well, if we actually look at the insane ETH infrastructure with its unmatched amount of wallets, developers, and many other fundamentals, ETH has to reach 10K if driven by factual investments instead of “ get rich quickly by buying nonsense” impulse.

A rough approach is to apply an ETH/BTC ratio to an assumed BTC peak price. Say BTC peaks at $200,000, as mentioned in the video. The current ETH/BTC ratio is about 4%; I would consider 5% as a base case and 6% as a bull case (although the ratio has exceeded 10% in prior cycles). Based on a BTC peak of $200,000, this suggests a range of $8,000 to $12,000 for ETH.

I tend to look at ETH as being digital silver. The ETFs made people consider ETH as a store of wealth. On the other hand, ETH does have some good industrial value with more coming.

I believe that if ETH breaks ATH with some momentum, fud will change to fomo as people want in before the rally, shorts will be squeezed and we will quickly reach 7k.
