Great recipe! But you wasted so much of the Bok choy, you can break away each stem from the stalk, just like with celery.

Great job love the sauce I put on seafood, crawfish, and especially on fajita’s and I add some Chardonnay wine pour on the meat as I remove from the grill😳👍👍

My brother had turn me onto baking my Crab Legs a couple of years of ago because he is a diabetic and it was a way to control his salt intake. I made this with over 20lbs of Snow Crab ( two large deep Alumni size pans) and Sweet Crab Legs. I did not measure my oil, I just measured with my eye and taste. I used minced garlic in the jar, added lemon to my mixtures, I do not like spicey seasoning in my food, so I used Chesapeake Bay seasoning along with the Old Bay, sometimes I use "Slap You Mama" seasoning. I had to put me in the oven several trips because I had a lot of crab legs, I did not want to bunch them up, I layered them just like you did. I did everything else the same way, and they came out delicious, sweet, and juicy. Thank you for sharing your recipe.

Can someone explain to me why everyone makes the shell of the crab delicious but the actual meat inside doesn't have anything? Do people eat the shell?

i've always wondered this too. personally i cut open the shell to make sure the seasoning gets on the meat

I’ve never cut open my crab when I bake them like this. If it’s the King crab I may put some melted butter in the leg but regardless the crab is flavored and the dipping butter is flavored by the crab. I wrap my legs in foil when I cook them. Trust the process it works!😍😍😋

You can put it in along with the other seasonings for a milder flavor. Or towards the end when frying it on high for a more assertive tangy taste. Great question. Thanks so much for watching!
