These arguments are still just assertions. There’s no proof that our God is behind any of it. There’s absolutely zero proof that God exist and this whole video clip doesn’t do it. It just doesn’t prove a God exists.

The Passion of the Christ, Schindler list, The Dark Knight, Twelve and Lord of the Ring trilogy for me are the best movies ever.And if I had to choose one, it would be Schindler List...just stunning masterpiece acting level.

I was enraptured by this powerful and audacious story. I'm a science/engineering guy and it takes me out of a movie when I see things in it that don't make physical sense or don't look or work like they would really look or work. This movie just about got everything right. I can take some fudging for story purposes - for instance, to get the time dilation on Miller's planet that they're experiencing (over 60,000 times faster) they'd have had to have been almost right on top of Gargantua - but my attitude is, show me what it would really look like if the action on screen were real. But the dramatic aspects were gripping as well, and the realizations you have while watching, OMG. Like, by the time Cooper, Brand, etc. find the wreckage of Miller's pod, quite some time had passed since her thumbs-up message was received on Earth but when Cooper etc. land in their Ranger, the destruction of Miller's pod *had just happened, perhaps only minutes before*.

Dont get me wrong i love the Hobbit book but call me crazy i love these movies the addtitions were that big of a deal to me❤ Considering what Peter Jackson had to deal with and had way less time to prepare for these movies compared to LOTR its amazing these movies are as amazing as they are. So imo Peter Jackson did as good as he could of and i accept that and accept and love these films ❤

People here really don’t like the MCU. It’s nothing against LOTR, its legendary status is definitely well earned. But they’re apparently too biased and blinded by nostalgia to admit the MCU **was** a lot better than they give it credit for and every movie before Endgame was incredible. Glad you got to experience the original Christian Church. Was born Roman Catholic, stepped away and became Protestant, and eventually came to Holy Orthodoxy. I think one thing that the west misses out on, especially here in America with Protestant Culture, is Church History. I'm 66, and I was born into evangelical Protestantism. Late in life I had my fill of that world, I walked away, was received into the Orthodox Church, and never once looked back!! My little Antiochian Orthodox mission parish in the Midwest has been growing exponentially, with young families, but particularly with men, especially young men. Young men (and young women) please keep inquiring of, and come to the church of Peter and Paul ☦️.

Happy Lord's Day! I'm a former protestant who converted to Holy Orthodoxy. I'm glad to hear you're open to Holy Orthodoxy and encourage you to go back and start studying on the Theology. Lutheranism is among the closest in protestantism though it has it's issues some inhereted from the Post Schism Papists Latin's innovations and some as reactions to those innovations and some made up by Luther for various reasons. Some of the big ones would be the heresy of Sola Fide which is a reaction to the Latin's very legalistic view of faith and salvation of Crime, Punishment and Attonment. In Orthodoxy our view of salvation is as a transformation, Salvation is by Faith and it is He that is doing the work in us. We don't believe it's marely us intellectually believing but our active participation in Christ's salvation and transformation into His Likeness. We don't become like what Lutheran described as "a gold covered turd" which is still a turd, rather we are transformed by Him into His Likeness as Icons of His Divine Humanity. We don't just intellectually believe but we live a life of richousness and virtue and fight against the sins and passions so we don't seperate ourselves from God all by His help. As Saint James wrote Faith without works is dead, so we act and work in Faith. Our view of the Sacraments are directly connected to salvation as "partaking of Christ's Body and Blood is for the healing of Soul and Body" -Saint John Chrystosom, our confessing our sins before the Divine Physician Himself is for the healing from sins and passions, even our view of Holy Marriage is as a means to salvation because good Godly marriage is for the death of pride and ego putting the family's needs first. Our life of prayer and fasting isn't for being prideful of our works or earning salvation but putting our flesh into submission to our wills and putting our wills into Submission to His Will. We can always only do two things, move closer to God, or move away from him. It is a fearful thing to find ourselves moving away from Him and on the fearful Judgement day when each will be judged "and God will reward each according to his deeds" - 2:6 Revelation finding our having moved away from God despite him calling us back to Him and hearing the 5 most terrifying words "I do not know you" rather in this life we try to move closer and closer to God, and in doing that we are transformed into His Likeness more and more. The saying that comes to mind "I was saved, I am being saved and I will be saved on the last day" This is just one basic example Martin Luther did say "the truth lies in the east" sadly he didn't follow through
