I used pumpkin seed pulp after making pumpkin seed tofu. Added marjoram, oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary, onion powder, garlic powder, nutritional yeast. It was yummy, but something missing in the texture. Next time I might add wheat flour to give more substance and less crumbly. Or powdered psyllium...

Thank you for this recipe; it looks delicious! If I were to reduce the amount of liquid sweetener for someone with diabetes, will having less liquid alter the texture or rise? How do you think adding some unsweetened plant milk in place of some of the sweetener work out?

Whole dates are the only thing that is not sugar. Everything else has not fiber and is considered processed sugar. Made your own date paste.

Hi can you show SOS free please. Dr. Esselstyn recommends no oil and no salt (and no sugar of course) for heart diseases. So adding oil will negate the benefits of eating kale.

Cool video but kale sucks. It isn’t that good of a vegetable. I don’t care how many health guru’s tell me it’s good it’s just not. Broccoli is superior in all aspects. A chopped broccoli, cranberry salad with nuts, grilled, steamed, and baked is all great options. Let’s stop trying to convince ourselves kale tastes good. 😮

I enjoy what you're talking about, but you are so far away. When you held your bowl up, I couldn't really see it. So bring your camera closer to you so we can see what you're doing. And yeah, why everybody puts music in with cooking shows I don't know. It's just something I don't want to listen to. I want to see and hear the person. Thank you for what you're doing.

I often use lemon or orange juice (organic, of course) and that I press out from fresh produces. It also soften the cale and I dont get the calories from any oil ❤
