Emma Ryan provides you with a healthy taquito recipe to make at home. Follow this simple vegan recipe for a yummy dinner or snack!
What you will need for this recipe:
1 cooking pan
1 baking dish
1/2 cup diced red onion
4 minced garlic cloves
Olive oil
Pinch of salt
1 cup diced sweet potatoes
1 cup diced bell pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 cup cooked black beans
1 cup refried black beans
Cassava flour tortillas
Cooking Instructions: Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about an hour or until the tortillas are crispy.
End result:
