I think the Bible is pretty clear about doing good on the sabbath Matthew 12:9-14 and Mark 2:23-28 I think there’s a difference between working for money on the sabbath and doing good by taking care of the sick on Sabbath. If everyone observed the sabbath on this side of eternity in a sinful world were people inevitably fall ill, I believe we would/should take care of them but not for money aka as a doctor covering a shift but more voluntary basis. I did actually explain how we navigate that in the video I originally recorded (when I am asked to work because of my shift pattern) but I took it out of the edit so I’ll definitely address it in the video where I talk about Sabbath properly. YES! I do, and I’ll keep it noted for future videos to share more about that. The app tracks your own rhythm and since it’s basal temperature based, it’s not necessarily to do with how regular you are. It’s hormone based and hormones affect BBT differently depending on where you are on the cycle so the algorithm basically learns that. But yh happy to do a video in the future about it x

I need to get back to having my quiet time with Jesus in the morning. I habit stack which was great for a season, but now I've removed one of those habits due to a change of lifestyle, it's thrown my bible reading off course. Thanks for the reminder.

Ohh yeah definitely finding a new rhythmn is the best thing. I had to do the early mornings when I became a mum because I truly missed the uninterrupted hours of just me and Jesus time that I had prior to baby. So yh seasons change and we adjust for sure x

I have a similar homemaking planner in Cnava as I haven't fully worked out how to use notion yet 😅 Getting our routine out on paper/screen is sooo important. It helps me be more realistic about what I can achieve- when, and helps me spread out my homemaking tasks across the month to avoid overwhelm 😊
