I had one unused in a box for a year it was OK before I boxed it but now it just strobes red and wont respond to the remote which still functions since I only had ever run it for 15 mins.

Mine comes tomorrow 1/8/25...The app on the phone said they were not accepting anymore sign ups so idk if you guys can get one shipped to you anymore we all did this like 2 years ago lol. I don't really need a free tv ill prob just use it as a 4th monitor for discord lol..... If you guys do sign up good luck and I hope you get one.

I signed up for the tv the day the news was first announced. I wrote Telly asking them when I would get mine & they sent me a total bs message saying they had shipped many tvs but did NOT answer me & then they told me to sign up a second time. So now its going into a SECOND year with no tv and no idea when or if I will ever get one.

Well I did sign up but you have to download the app to your phone. They did not ask for a credit card at this point. They did ask a lot of questions. I tried to be as vague as possible. I either said prefer not to answer or check the other option. Also I did use a PO box so they did not have my physical address on file. If they won't ship to a PO box you can always use the physical address of the mailbox. The post office does have that option. I hope they'll just ship it to the PO box with no problem. Do not want to use my home address. I don't know what will happen if we move during that time. Because if we have to wait a year and by then who knows what is going to happen in the world and the technology could be quite a bit different and then this would be obsolete. Very interesting video I must say. 55 in is still a little too small I wish it was a 75-in TV. That bottom monitor is going to drive me nuts. We will have to figure a way to block that without interfering with anything I think there are apps that can take those ads off and whatnot. Or just don't put any information in for that bottom screen. Thanks for the video. I do hope that this doesn't come to bite anybody in the tuchas

How about this, use a card you do not use and that is not expired, get the tv, activate and update then remove wifi from the TV and only use the HDMI dongle or buy a different one. Lol maybe that fix them.

This is a scam, only half of people who signed up got their tv, also you have to register your credit/debit card and agree to their TOS to always have your tv connected to the internet and have user data enabled. At anytime this company thinks you are violating their TOS by not watching their ads or sharing personal data they charge your card 1000 bucks for the TV I already read about this scam.

What happens if you decide after trying this out, that it isn't for you...? Do they charge you to get it out of your house? I know they have you attach a cc to the account in case you defy the king's rules. But how do you get rid of it?

They provide an email you can write to to terminate program. They may also send you a free return box and free return ship.

From what I've seen online, you just contact them and they send a company to come and pick it up. Box not needed. They say the credit card was just for verification of who you were, but I too was scared when I saw that they have the ability to charge you $1,000

I bought several & they worked well for about 5 years. Unfortunately they are no longer available to buy. They have a fairly normal 1850 battery which could be replaced.

Sorry, I don't know how to reset the light. I would try to sync the light with a different phone to clear the old one or if it's memory, and then try to resync it again.

I didn't know offhand and the light is mounted on my wall. If you need to replace the battery, take the front off, and you'll see the battery in there. Just match the information written in the battery and the wire connection type. If I remember correctly, there is a sticker on the inside of the light next to the battery which tells you what you can replace it with.

HELP! We are doing a show (theatre) and the board randomly jumps to the next cue...is there a default chase? a way to disable auto-triggering a cue?? Thanks for any help...it's horrible to see the lights go off in the middle of a scene in the play!
