I have an added tip. Instead, try chicken broth in place of the water for your rice. Although your rice looks darn good, the broth will bring it up a notch.

Go ahead, 👑Shante Shake something up. I have never deep-fried the Cornish hens. I stopped using my deep fryer which I just had to have, I am back to using my cast iron. I will pull out the deep fryer. [I too use the large hen for my dressing.] Great commentary🔥💯🎯
