I have a fourth order bandpass as well in my four-door sedan. But my port goes through the rear armrest opening and let me tell you... 2-12s on 3K, I cannot stop my car from flexing and doing mini hair tricks. Because now, all the output is in the cabin and not rattling the trunk. But you have to make sure the trunk is completely sealed off so you don't get cancellation. Plus I can sit 2 in the back with the seat up! Although I don't have the LED lights and all, this is the proper way to do a high end trunk build, good job 👍

How many watts can you add to an Genesis GV70 EV before it puts strain on the dc convertor? I'm running a 1,200 watt rms class d amp. no issues yet, but concerned i may be putting strain on the dc convertor.

Do not worry, there is nothing you can short out or hurt unless you purposely try to short wires out by splicing together incorrectly and so forth. Everything are in interlock plugs.

Thank you for the helpful video - the video was especially in describing the bezel removal. Was wondering if you could recommend the best web site to buy a replacement APIM. Especially including an accurate reprogramming included if I supply the seller my VIN number. Is this possible? Of course, I would like to avoid reprogramming..

Builder states it fits in the stock sotrage area. Plenty of room for a sub box like this in the behind the seat space, but yeah, you get a tiny bit of space to store anythign UNDER the roof while its stoewed.

Hertz is OK, can't say it isn't but surely not the best and that dsp is an ic amp not mosfet which come which comes with massive limitations compared to a stand alone mosfet class ab amp for the front stage. Also focal, Morel or some dynaudio ways would blow the hertz out of the water. Not saying hertz are shit they aren't at all there is just better than the title suggests but I've got used to legit videos even using click bait now 😂

DIYer but very capable. Wondering what is underneath the portion of the dash next to the factor 4” driver locations? It sounds hollow from some taps. I want to put in a 3 way component system with woofers in the kick panel, mids in the factory 4” and then bore out the section of the dash for some 1” tweeters. Cross over will hide under the footwell. Any help is appreciated.
