HI Chris! I just bagged on your Ex. You were sitting next to me at the bar @ Sunset in Sierra Madre when Terry K. comes ups and grabs my one & only Vodka on the Rocks. That was only about 40 years ago. You seem to have come through (even publicized) Love and blow & alcohol much better than Me. I had to bail up North here to spend 12 months in a program on the State Hospital Grounds.... so for me now no blow no alcohol. THEY say you have to give everything up, but I held onto LIVE MUSIC, & here am getting energized by an old friend. FYI you were the Best Part of Decline..The Metal Years...I'm laughing now you in that inner tube...there but for the Intervention of God, go I. Love the Spirit in you Solo music. Fishing up here is great! Rock On Chris!

I was unfamiliar with Chris Holmes but was watching 'The Decline of Western Civilization, part II, The Metal Years' and was watching the scene with him and his mom at the pool, and based on that, I figured this guy blew himself out. So I looked him up and lo' and behold he is still with us and is fucking killing it! The guitar track, the tone, fucking awesome!
