Cool video! Just one thing, is the grade deflation at UCI such a major hinderance to getting a decent gpa?

Mackleb everyone’s experience is different! For me, some classes did not seem fair in terms on how well they distributed grades due to the limited amount of As for example is given in a class. I do think it’s possible to still receive the grades you want by devoting a good amount of time studying for your classes! Every school has their pros and cons on grade distribution, it’s how you play along w/ the system!!

Yes! People in college campuses are generally welcoming and for sure at UCI. I would recommend joining clubs to meet new people! There are so many clubs to choose from at UCI and I am sure you will find the one for you through joining! There are on-campus apartments for upperclassmen.

It is like a discussion led by a tutor! They make worksheets that they design for the course with the help of the professor. It is very helpful when you are lost in the class!
