is it easy to make friends at uci as a transfer student? and how are the housing there for upper classman?

Yes! People in college campuses are generally welcoming and for sure at UCI. I would recommend joining clubs to meet new people! There are so many clubs to choose from at UCI and I am sure you will find the one for you through joining! There are on-campus apartments for upperclassmen.

It is like a discussion led by a tutor! They make worksheets that they design for the course with the help of the professor. It is very helpful when you are lost in the class!
