And here we are again on year 15 of Rick's passing. Hard to believe he is gone , but I am so glad we have his great contribution to music for us to appreciate and enjoy. Thanks again, Rick!

The algorithm just put this up for me, but it is still as powerful as it ever was. I love that David Gilmour will not play some of the mustic from back then in respect for Richard. I hate that loonie-tunes Roger Waters thought it OK to push Richard out of the band, and I love that David bought him back after the split. I think the saddest video on KZbin is when David Bowie joined David and Richard at the RAH and they produced the best ever version of Comfortably Numb. I have watched it so many times, and it always makes me cry. Fuck cancer. It took my dad who was a farmer in the days they stilled DDT and organophosphates, and my dad died of non-Hodgkins, just like so many people who were exposed to Agent Orange in the Vietnam war. At least we still have David Gilmour, who still makes beautiful music. I know that God is a nonsense, so I'll just thank siense and DNA for all that is good in our world.

Sorely missed is an understatement. Even David knows it's a much different world without Richard in it. Excellent job of keeping this all about Richard and who he was...leaving all the trivial stuff out for another time. We can thank David for bringing Richard back into the limelight...but also remember...Richard brought the best part of David (and Pink Floyd) out for the fans, and gave us the best and most memorable years of Pink Floyd! I'm sure David knew this. Rest In Peace, Richard. You can now take your and complete the work on "Great Gig in the Sky".

He deserved and earned more credit than he got. Cudos to David and Nick for making a full member of the now 3 Floyd member band. His passing has to be one reason why the Floyd won’t tour again. but they should! Call it the Last Tour of the Dark side of the Moon.
