whats the total cost of the cabin shipped?
@mattandmouse3 күн бұрын
@@CMoneyOfficiall the cost varies depending on the Bunkie model you pick, your distance from their regional distribution centers AND the number of other people on the shipment in your area - more People = less cost. Your best bet is to have a chat with them for a ballpark based previous shipments. They’re really friendly and happy to answer questions

3 years plus of experience on these, this was a bit of a mistake, as you do need to service them, and thus want to be easily able to access the whole unit as such by removing the whole unit. I use it 24/7 during winter (6m up to -30c) and I usually needed to do some minor cleaning or some thing with them at least 2 to 3 times during a season., I have an intake filter for both the combustion air and the room air (I have dogs) Fans average last 2 years under that extreme use. Your cold air intake if not all ready done should point downward.
@mattandmouse10 күн бұрын
@@Refertech101 hi - thanks for watching. It is removable by removing the screws holding it to the steel plate and disconnecting the hoses. It’s not as ‘easy’ as just pulling it out but technically removable. Thanks for the hints on cleaning it and the air- intake. I’ll take a look at adjusting that.

I'm wondering, if that air intake part, could possibly go between the top of the legs and the bottom of the stove, so that the fresh air goes directly into the stove, and not just into the space created by the legs? Seems it would be a bit more efficient in keeping the fresh, cold, outside air going into the stove for composition and not just into the room.
@mattandmouse7 күн бұрын
That’s an interesting idea. It would need some modification to the stove to implement. I haven’t actually connected the air vent to it yet so I can’t comment on the temperature/draft aspect of using the vent - but I’m sure I’ll get to it eventually 😀
