So, 11 LDS prophets (from Brigham Young to Spencer W. Kimball) claimed they were told by God that, based on the color of your skin, you could not make eternal covenants required for God's highest kingdom. How does that make sense? I’m not buying that God would instruct His prophets to deny the priesthood or temple ordinances to men and women based on skin color. The argument that they needed to appear racist for Utah to become a state is wild-as if a religion guided by a higher power couldn’t have received divine help to resolve that issue. The God I believe in is and was never racist! What did help Utah become a state was the LDS prophets ending the terrible idea of polygamy.

Thanks for your comments! I think the challenge is finding quotes that can back up the claim these prophets were told by God to ban blacks from the Priesthood. There are several quotes where they interpret scripture to mean that blacks should be banned from having priesthood blessings as well as quotes where they quote each other but by the time President David O. McKay comes around the language starts to shift away from a policy to an interpretation. This is where things begin to change and President Spencer W. Kimball then has the entire First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve fast and pray about this issue which is when the change known as the revelation on the priesthood in 1978 happens.

Corporatized cults call their members "missionaries" but in reality the juice ain't worth the squeeze on the spreadsheet to send their recruiters to difficult regions. They're not there to help, they're there to leech off of the West's successful civilizing and stabilizing of the world. Where the stabilizing hasn't already been done, the "church" doesn't go. Taiwan has an "easier time" than China because it's not China. China jails religious groups it doesn't like, like Catholics who refuse to stop practicing and spreading Christianity. How many Mormons are political prisoners of the CCP for their faith? None? See my first paragraph for an explanation as to why that might be the case.
@LatterDayExploration2 күн бұрын
Wow, you covered a lot. Some of the things you said about the history of blacks and the priesthood were inaccurate. I would strongly recommend that you do more research on this topic before you post videos about it. Also, there’s no evidence there was a real revelation in 1978 that changed this doctrine of the LDS church, and there are several great books that have been written on this topic. Also, what you said about Utah joining as a state at the same time as California is incorrect. It became a US territory a couple of years after California became a state, and Utah did not become a state for several decades after that primarily because of polygamy. May I ask what certificate you are working on to complete these courses?

Joseph Smith wasn’t killed just because of his religious beliefs rather because other social, economical, political and personal conflicts such as his authoritarian actions as Major and Head of of the Church like he’s secret polygamy being exposed that led to internal dissent by many church leaders who felt betrayed. Also for fraud both with illegal banking and illicit money printing; real estate fraud; having the members vote as a bloc under threat of condemnation; anointing himself as king, creating an illegal militia; secretly marrying other men’s wives; secretly marrying younger girls with 20+ age gaps; having a squad of hitman “avenging angels” on and on… there was of course many that wanted him dead for his deplorable actions NOT his beliefs.

Interesting, so i see you're also a Book of Mormon believer. I can't tell what flavor of Mormonism from your video, but so am I. 7th generation Brighamite LDS for almost 50 years until God opened my eyes to the truth of the history last year. (Thanks to to JSPP). A few more thoughts: it was against the law to leave Jerusalem at this time, hence Lehi having to leave in secret. It is interesting to me that Lehi didn't "follow the prophet", as they didn't stay and go into bondage. Also, from these letters we learn about Laban's "50" and his "tens of thousands" that Nephi refers to.
@ScripturesMadeSimpleАй бұрын
Thanks for your comments. It is interesting that some people were to stay in Jerusalem ( like Jeremiah and Daniel) and others were told through visions to leave. I think there is purpose in God for both. Also, Laban did have some power in that time. Maybe his brothers were exaggrating to move the point that it was hopeless to get the plates yet Nephi seemed to be motivated in a different way. I am curious though, what are the different "flavors" of Mormonism?
@Kristy_not_KristineАй бұрын
This fits well with 1 Nephi. The Book of Mormon is true, but the LDS church has been in apostasy, and have been full-swing, since the time of the imposter Brigham Young, so read it, but don't join the lds church- unless God leads to to do so. Looking forward to seeing what you have to share.

One of the things that comes to mind is the universal language of walking on water. That when this story is shared it would resonate with Gentiles and Jews. Just as Noah walked with God, overcame the waters of chaos and the flood. He is more than a storm god, he is more than a god of wind or water or earth. He is that same God who preserved Noah. The same God that all nations have a name for. Well done thank you!

Why would there have to be sacrifices in the last days if Jesus was the last sacrifice to put an end for it once and for all? Looks like the Jews were right all along seems like it to me so far
@ScripturesMadeSimple2 ай бұрын
Here is a good response I found: "Some object to the idea that animal sacrifices will take place during the millennial kingdom, believing this is no longer needed following the work of Christ on the cross. For example, Hebrews 10:11-12 states, "Every priest stands daily at his service, offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But when Christ had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he sat down at the right hand of God." If Christ paid the sacrifice for our sins, why will animal sacrifice continue in the future? While not every aspect of this question is answered in Scripture, it is clear that the continued use of animal sacrifices during the millennial kingdom is a fulfillment of God's prophecies made long ago. If animal sacrifices do not resume in this time period, this will mean God has not kept His promises in this area. Yet God always keeps His promises (Deuteronomy 7:9). These sacrifices did not take away sin in the Old Testament, but were done in obedience to the Lord in repentance of sin. In a similar way, future animal sacrifices during the millennial kingdom will not take away sin, but will serve as a reminder or memorial to the Lord (Hebrews 10:3). This is not unlike the way Christians take the Lord's Supper during this current time period (or church age) as a reminder of Jesus' death and resurrection. Though the thought of animal sacrifices during the millennial kingdom may sound strange to today's Christians, the sacrifices will be a fulfillment of God's prophecies and serve as an act of worship to the Lord. Christ Himself will reign during this time, offering a new meaning to these offerings as they are presented in the kingdom as Jesus reigns as Messiah and King. www.compellingtruth.org/millennial-sacrifices.html So the promises fulfilled will bring things full circle for God and show NT and OT ideas combined in Christ.

Matthew is an acronym all of the people in the New testament I acronyms that includes Matthew Mark Luke John and Jesus so Matthew is two territory side by side once metal alliance territory and the other one is a territory of hathor Empire to the mountain. Ok so hathor is basically a farming Empire so on one side you got a metal alliance on the other you got a farming alliance and it's side by side that's what Matthew represents it shows you the geopolitical state of the relationships between the time and then you can go into things like Matthew Mark metal alliance royal knight Luke is legion under knight Empire John is justice order hathor nation. Jesus is an acronym it means justice executive senate under star this was created when the Israelites were kicked out of Africa and then they wanted to make a new system of government and they decided on the three arms of the government and the separation of powers and this become Jesus and it was under star because the Israelites what had nothing to do with the celestial Egyptian gods that had ruled for thousands of years so this become a book which they called the New testament and later become a religion by the power of law in Rome in 79 ad

The Maccabees is the "abomination" that made the real Israel desolate, why Christ called them the Synagogue of Satan and never walked in the laws of Moses. Plus, the temple was not cleansed by them. Hanukkah is a lie. Jer. 13:23 Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil. Gen. 30:31-33 And he said, What shall I give thee? And JACOB said, Thou shalt not give me any thing: if thou wilt do this thing for me, I will again feed and keep thy flock: I will pass through all thy flock to day, removing from thence all the SPECKLED AND SPOTTED CATTLE, and ALL THE BROWN cattle AMONG THE SHEEP, and the SPECKLED AND SPOTTED among the GOATS: and of such shall be my hire. SO SHALL MY RIGHTEOUSNESS ANSWER FOR ME IN TIME TO COME, when it shall come for my hire before thy face: every one that is not speckled and spotted among the goats, AND BROWN AMONG THE SHEEP, that shall be counted stolen with me. Dan. 7:9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and THE HAIR OF HIS HEAD LIKE THE PURE WOOL: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. Nu. 12:10-12 And the cloud departed from off the tabernacle; and, behold, MIRIAM BECAME LEPROUS, WHITE AS SNOW: and Aaron looked upon Miriam, and, behold, she was leprous. And Aaron said unto Moses, Alas, my lord, I beseech thee, lay not the sin upon us, wherein we have done foolishly, and wherein we have sinned. LET HER NOT BE AS ONE DEAD, of whom THE FLESH IS HALF CONSUMED WHEN HE COMETH OUT OF HIS MOTHER'S WOMB. [KJV] God's True Calendar Time = 360 days = 1 year = 12 months of 30 days each month + Times = 2 years = 720 days = 24 months + Half of time = 360/2 = 180 days = 6 months --------------------------------------------------------- = 3 1/2 times/years (Dan. 7:24-25 & Dan. 12:7) = 1,260 days (Rev. 11:3 & Rev. 12:6) = 42 months (Rev. 11:2 & Rev. 13:4-5) GOD'S CALENDAR IS NOT GOVERNED BY THE SUN AND/OR MOON. IT'S A 360 DAYS A YEAR, EVERY YEAR, CALENDAR, PROVEN BY THE ABOVE VERSES AND CALCULATIONS! HERE ENDETH THE LESSON! YAH RU SHALEM!

Of course, the scholarly consensus (those without theological bias) is that the Book of Daniel (particularly the apocalyptical part in the 2d half) was written in the 2nd century BCE. Most scholars would put it just before the death of Seleucid King Antiochus IV Epiphanes in or around 167 BCE.

As our timeless "Mother of God" (mother and son) iconography suggests, matriarchal and patriarchal spirituality coexist through a fundamental understanding of God's eternal cyclical nature. Represented by the snake in many creation myths, the living cycle has a trinity of a beginning (head), a middle and end (tail). As above so below, the sexes were created in the image of God's cyclical nature where Mother is the head and opening to all beginnings and Father holds the tail to all endings (through which the sowing of seeds allow for the next great matriarchal rebirth).The joining of the two (symbolized by the Ouroborus or the marriage ring) is the sacred union needed in assuring the creation and continuation of new life cycles. To speak of the present day God as "Our Father" is simply an admission to our collective positioning within the bigger cycle. As all mothers have direct experience with the creator quality of birthing, so is the direct experience of rebirthing the divinity within (baptism) belong to that which is spiritually matriarchal. (John 3, verse 3-8). Sekhmet statues (ancient Egyptian) carry most of their weight in symbolic memory of what was a mother culture dedicated to the direct experience of baptism. As the leg shaped hairlocks extend from maternal breasts to the womb of rebirth, the lioness's head proportions are such that they highlight the bust of a second animal figure. The Lioness's ears as eyes and eyes as nose (nostrils) brings to life the figure of a reptile. 'Neath the halo headress of the solar egg, the lioness's egg fertilization process being internal (Set) and the reptile's egg fertilization process being external (Setting), such being key components to the safety of entering the trans-egoic or "born again" state. The life-threatening fear associated with the predatory nature of a lion and/or crocodile encounter are reflective of the intense ego death experiences associated with the transpersonal awakening process. In spiritually matriarchal times, illumination could be seen as wearing the false beard (ancient Egyptian funerary "ego" death mask) as the high state of cyclical self knowing; high awareness of both our upper matriarchal half and our lower (later) patriarchal half (compared with a mini lower body replica, an "as above so below" tail end beard extension); in full recognition of her civilizational Underworld; her inevitable cyclical destiny. The male pharaoh wears his beard tapered in reverse, indicating a pointing upwards towards the patriarchal head, divine representative of God's tail end cycle. Mary's anointing and wiping of Jesus's feet with her hair can then be seen as "Head to tail" (toe) imagery as she descends her matriarchal head to his patriarchal feet, thus reenacting the high understanding of the divine cyclical process. (John 12, verse 3) To carry the Ankh (now the female symbol ♀️) was perhaps to symbolically carry that upper and lower understanding. As the upper matriarchal womb symbolised the fertile birthing of civilization, below, the now Christian cross is carried to place emphasis on the lower (later) "End Times" Father principle of the great cycle. Lord Ganesha, the elephant headed Hindu diety, displays a cyclical head to trunk symbolism and points to the Mother head of his matriarchal elephant society. Ganesha (like the elephant) wears God's cyclical nature on his face. A whole temple was dedicated to Hathor (ancient Egyptian diety), who is the matriarchal "Uterus" personified. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gGHQYa2AiKp5gZI "See all women as mothers, serve them as your mother. when you see the entire world as the mother, the ego falls away. See everything as Mother and you will know God." - Neem Karoli Baba "My son, keep thy father's commandment and forsake not the law of thy mother" - Proverbs 6 : 20

How is Sunday 😢Sabbath ? Sunday is not Sabbath let’s get that message out and correct __ those who worship on Sunday know Sunday is not God’s Sabbath day. Sunday is the first day of the week.
@ScripturesMadeSimple4 ай бұрын
Thanks for your coment! There is some ambiguity in defining which day of the week is the day the Lord called the Sabbath. Depending upon which version of the calendar you use it can fall on different days. I think the key is to realize God wants us to have A day where we can focus on coming to Him more rather than on a specific day of a calendar. For instance, consider Asian countries who usually have people work 6 days a week and which day you have off is decided by the company you work for. That day can be a sabbath for you, or at least part of it. Sometimes our interpretation of God's word gets in the way of truly understanding what God wants to teach us.
