Hello,I'm currently experiencing issues with the DX6 print head on my Roland VS-640 printer, specifically with the blue and gray colors. The gray is being overshadowed by pink, and the blue color seems to scatter around the edges. I contacted a service technician who advised that the head needs to be replaced. You're thinking wrong if you think cleaning the print head will help. pagewide has a factory defect in the cushions. That's where the problems come from.
