Hello,I'm currently experiencing issues with the DX6 print head on my Roland VS-640 printer, specifically with the blue and gray colors. The gray is being overshadowed by pink, and the blue color seems to scatter around the edges. I contacted a service technician who advised that the head needs to be replaced. Hi, isn’t the head shown a dx7 head? As that’s not a dx6 printhead, also I didn’t think it was save to use ultrasonic cleaner with heads with ribbon inside as it damages the ribbon “like the foil test” asking as I really want to try this machine with my dx6 head
