Looks brilliant. I really like the panelling. Do you get a sharp picture with a projector (in comparison to a large TV)?
@ImmersiveCinemaRoomsАй бұрын
Hi, thanks for your kind words. You cannot really draw a direct comparison between a TV and a Projector. TVs will give you a brighter, sharper picture, but they are made for smaller sizes you will normally sit closer to. Projector-based systems offer you the ability to go larger, much bigger than you could with a TV. Also, Projector based system allows you to put the speakers where they are supposed to be, behind the screen. Hope that helps.

If only it were more affordable. I know it is an amazing product. But I just can't justify the acquisition cost.
@ImmersiveCinemaRooms Жыл бұрын
We have discussed it with them on a recent visit to our UK distributer. Hopefully something will come of it, but you do have to remember they are hand-made and they manufacture no where near the quantity of main stream brands. Honestly it's my favour thing in our demo room.

I like the way the room looks but the floors are not good because if you spill a beverage on that you're going to get a huge stain? And people in a theater surroundings love to drink beverages of all kinds..
@ImmersiveCinemaRooms Жыл бұрын
Hi thanks for your feedback. The carpet was supplied by the client when the house was built. Agree on the colour (especially as they have young children) but this room was built to a tight budget and there was no point in throwing away a 3 month old carpet.

Great video but unless I missed it? I did not see the AV equipment that runs this home theater.

Hi, the equipment lives in a cupboard outside the room. Check out our Instagram feed and you'll see some images on there.

@ImmersiveCinemaRooms Жыл бұрын
Thank you. It is a 2.2 metre wide screen in a 16:9 Aspect. The rear wall is shared with the neighbours, but they cannot hear anything and where surprise when they popped around and realised there was a cinema in there 😊

This is an awesome setup. Do you have a installation video for star ceiling? How did you make sure star ceiling is not in the way of the atmos speakers.
@ImmersiveCinemaRooms2 жыл бұрын
Hi, thanks for your comment. Unfortunately we do not, but the manufacturer has there own - kzbin.info/www/bejne/fF7ZdISrgLmpr7M We plan the ceiling on a drawing first showing the location of the Atmos channels. Then Starscape CNC cut the holes whilst they are manufacturing the equipment.

loving the colour scheme, close enough to tardis blue, pretty much the dream, i'd go with pool table personally and gotta get a console hooked up being a gamer myself, curious how the sound is for people playing snooker?
@ImmersiveCinemaRooms2 жыл бұрын
The clients use the speakers for music mainly when they are playing Snooker, with the seating area calibrated for on screen action.

Hi can I setup a static ip for other devices?
@ImmersiveCinemaRooms2 жыл бұрын
Yes you can. You will need to go into the settings of the device and switch off DHCP and assign it a Static address. Just download a IP Scanner on you phone of computer to make sure you are not giving the device the same as something DHCP has.

Really incredible room. From the poll table part to the theatre itself. I like that you decided to install a sofa instead of a set of chair, creates a wonderful enviroment to be fully lived together with friends. I'd pay to take part in a movie party there! As a cinema student, I wish one day I can have a similar setup as well in my current house, but lack of usable space makes the dream pretty hard to reach!
