Sir - but its not like the two shifts will be grossly different in terms of difficulty, people are making it out to be as though one paper is going to be extremely easy while another shift is going to be extremely tough. Both the papers will almost be in the same ball park of difficulty, todha sa hi different hoga na

22 june 2024 ko night Tak admit card with candidates for exam next morning for neet pg 2024 , phir achanak se woh exam postponed to 11 August 2024 but now NBE is not able to conduct exam in 1 go with a single paper for the same number of people jinke liye dedh mahine pahele tak admit card tha ? Online exam hai computer mein timing chalta rehta hai so neet ug mein toh bahana chal gaya paper distribution mein delay, wrong distribution wagiarah and grace marks k naam par scam walon ko marks , so neet pg mein kuch aur sochna tha so at the last moment paper postponed and ab decide kark aaye hai with new idea to hide behind with different papers, differents shifts, different marks on the name of normalisation/standardisation

Guys..plz hear me once. Ye chutiya NBE bohot khel loya humara sath. Itna kya mr rhe h ye log jaldi se exam niptaa dene k liye that they r doing it in 2 sessions? Tabhi lo na jab single slot k liye centres available h. In our study group - ppl are writing this mail to some mail ids. Ye kua chutiyapa h..2 alag alag papers, papers bahar nhi denge, key nhi denge, candidate answer schema nhi dikhayenge..kuch b normalisation lagake..kaise b score denge aur fir bolenge he lo tmhra rank. Dekha na neet ug mai ranks mai kitna inflation hua ye sab grace marks, normalisation k chakkar mai. Kuch nhi krna h..bas 2 min nikalo.. Copy this mail's content..and send it to the mail id i m giving below. I m not saying isse pakka kuch change hoga but atleast let our displeasure be knowm to them in huge numbers. Kya oata kuch badal jaye.. Mail - Respected Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my concerns regarding the decision to conduct the NEET PG exam on August 11th in two slots. I believe this approach, which involves the normalization process, introduces several biases in the scoring system which decides our ranks and eventually the specialty branch we get into. The normalization process, though intended to equalize differences in difficulty across multiple slots, often fails to capture the complexity and nuances of each slot's exam. The lack of transparency in the normalization algorithms can lead to distrust among candidates, as they are unable to verify how their scores are adjusted. Candidates of different skill levels may cluster in certain slots, skewing the normalization process if not properly accounted for. Additionally, slots with significantly different numbers of candidates can produce unstable statistical metrics, affecting normalization accuracy. Outliers or extreme scores in a slot can distort the mean and standard deviation, leading to unfair normalization. Candidates often feel that the difficulty level varies across slots. If the normalization process does not accurately capture these differences, it can lead to unfair score adjustments. Variations in question paper composition, such as the mix of clinical versus basic science questions, can impact candidate performance differently across slots. NEET PG unlike other exams has no limit on the no.of questions that can be asked from a subject and hence it will be difficult to determine the difficulty level and normalise the scores in such a scenario where rote learning and clinical aptitude based questions clash This normalisation method is not an ideal 100% accurate method but is something that is needed mostly where a huge no.of candidates are appearing for exams that can't b fit in a single slot which is not the case with NEET PG usually. Even AIIMS discontinued it after seeing its demerits in INICET 2023 January session where all toppers were from the morning session. Normalisation method should be an option but not the only choice like how NBE did today. Moreover, the NBE's current practice of not releasing the exam paper, answer key, and candidates' answer sheets exacerbates the trust issues. Candidates have no way of verifying the correctness of their responses or understanding how their raw scores translate to normalized scores. This lack of transparency can lead to confusion, dissatisfaction, and a feeling of unfair treatment once the ranks are announced. We do not want to face a similar situation to the NTA's NEET UG, where fallacies in the scoring system, i.e inflation of ranks post result declaration caused significant distress among candidates. If NBE is justifying using normalisation process as other exams in the country also use it like IIT-JEE, then it should follow suit and release question paper, answer keys, candidate's answer sheets just like IIT does Only 2 lakh people give NEET PG, compared to other exams like UPSC, IIT-JEE where many lakhs of people give the exam mandating the need for multiple slot exams and normalisation. There is no such need for NEET PG. Up until now NEET PG was successfully conducted as a single slot exam. Why not now? I urge the NBE to reconsider conducting the exam in multiple slots. Most of our seniors are warning us of how the multiple slot exam by Prometric in the past prior to 2017, proved to be a disaster due to data breach and faults in normalisation, which is why since 2017, TCS started conducting a single slot exam. Instead of learning from past experience, why is NBE regressing backwards and is in such a hurry to get rid of conducting NEET PG 2024 by August itself even if it means jeopardising the sanctity of the exam and scoring system by an unfair normalisation process. We can easily wait till September for single slots to be available for a fair and equal exam for all. Its clear to us that NBE is holding the exam in 2 shifts due to lack of centres at a single given time. I would like to reiterate that JR3 in many states are posted till 31st december 2024 in hospitals which wont cause any scarcity of residents in hospitals even if exams are delayed and counselling starts a little later in October. So its in the best interests of students and NBE that NEET PG exam is held in a single slot, in September guaranteeing uniformity and an equal playing field for all the aspirants. I hope MOHFW and NBE pays heed to its students - the biggest stakeholders in this NEET PG exam and act accordingly. Thank you.. Plz mail krdo yaar. Itne mahine mehnat se padhayi ki not to be screwed at the last moment like this bcoz NBE ko chul machi padi hai jaldi jaldi exam nipta dene ki.isliey kaise b, kahin b thoos rhe h hume.. hello sir according to you in moderate shift also how much correct we should aim for decent rank?
@Tequila_sh0ts.6 күн бұрын
So basically average people like me are gonna suffer. Toppers will manage to score well anyhow but someone like me who's hoping to get a rank within 5k to 8k will have to trust NBE with my scores. Imagine being so incompetent that you cannot conduct a national exam and make students suffer for extra months and then make the ranking process even more complicated as if it's our fault that the paper got leaked. Wasn't being a medico depressing enough? Now we have to suffer again after multiple blows on our heads through out the year. I have no hopes left in anything.
