To summarise:
1. At its core, you have to make you weak subjects strong. Use strong subjects as leverage to buy time for your weak subjects.
While reading the weak subjects, concise them simultaneously into either RR notes/ First Aid/ TnD so that your subsequent revision becomes easier.

2. Medicine takes a lot of time to read as a stand-alone subject. Try to read it in an integrated manner during path/pharma/PSM.

The message put up in the thumbnail, thumbs down for a MBBS is very disgraceful considering you’re a teacher in a fairly new platform. We had a professor who would condescend on other doctors who did only MBBS , doing well, but this person would be like “He’s just a MBBS” like it’s nothing. Yes the video is very informative but the thumbnail speaks volumes of this mindset. Hope you take this feedback positively.

Thumbnails are supposed to attract the audience. Unfortunately that’s how the YT algorithm works. The real content and my opinions are reflected in the video. There is no way I consider MBBS alone inferior. Infact, plain MBBS also earns decent in govt hospitals. However, the earning potential and service quality improves drastically after MD. Sir, since last 2-3 marrow GTs are getting tougher and I’m getting overwhelmed by the marks. I wonder how I’m getting only 115 correct and others are getting 170 correct in a test where 40-50 questions are totally out of main marrow notes. Sir please help where am I lacking? Yes same que. And most of the questions are solved correctly by less than 30 percent people. So even if I read that topic thoroughly from marrow notes plys qbank, there is still some obscure question on it in the gt. And it's for almost 50 percent of questions. Even after revising so much i am still stuck at the same score because of this.

Yes for revision if you have read the main notes once. Complement your TnD notes with PYTs. For example if cervical cancer is an important PYT, then you need to know everything about it apart from just TnD notes of that.

Sir, I had done one reading of main notes of Marrow in last 4-5 months but didn't consolidated them properly. Now, I'm feeling overwhelmed as those notes are bulky & not revisable. Should I stick to revising these same main notes & highlight them now or switch to revision notes of Marrow for subsequent faster revisions?

I did same..go for rapid revision in some subjects so you can do subjects like surgery n gync with those big notes

Hello sir , sir my physio and biochem is weak , even though i have read them from my main notes for like 2-3 times .
