I finally put the yarns and pattern to go with it in their “kit”…i.e. ziplock bag. Those are then in bins, easy to grab the next project. Also keep all tools in rolling totes (Joann’s). Life is far less anxiety-laden.

Hi Coley. I did the same thing in 2018/19. I had yarn stashed all over the house and when I got it all collected and in one spot, I was amazed at all the yarn I had. I really had no idea that I had bought that much yarn. It took me back to my organizing. I loved watching this episode.

You were RIGHT. Notion. Queen. 👑 I hadn’t heard of it before and thought you meant knitting notions. 🙈 but I’m thinking of starting an (audio) podcast with family (not about knitting or yarn. They don’t knit) and was thinking notion might have a lot of great applications for that and my ever expanding stash. You have beautiful yarns in your stash and great WIPS! I’m also in the process of deciding to frog my outline tank. It was my first garment knit and just assumed that the open stitches were yarn overs. And the gauge has def changed since my first pair of crap needles from Amazon to when I upgraded to knit pros. But now I’m worried that the fit might not be great for me either I’m plus sized but not very chesty so I thought I might get away with it. I’ll def need to reevaluate. Great video! Can’t wait to watch more! 💜💜

Hi Coley, I bought the swivel cables for my ChiaoGoo needles, and I was very disappointed because yarn doesn’t slide smoothly across the transition like it does on the regular cables. Although I’m a huge fan of ChiaoGoo and rarely use any other needles, I wouldn’t recommend the swivel cables. Save your $ 😊

You could also wait with the tencel (which is what I do with some of my yarn). Rebecca said in her latest video that she is reworking the Tolsta Tee for fingering weight too, and that might work with that gorgeous tencel.

I dropped everything let me tell you to watch this ASAP. First Suki is such a cute pupper ❤ Secondly, I’m glad to not be alone with sleeves first because I’d rather my sleeves right in length and my body be cropped if it needs to be! Thirdly, yay to ChiaGoo needles! I love them so much. I didn’t want to commit to the price I had it be my birthday/valentines gift from my boyfriend 😂 but knowing me I’m going to definitely be adding more into my collection for them! All the summer garments for me too where I want to knit on every single project I’ve been seeing and just buying all the yarn to make projects. I’ve gone a little overboard 😅

I started a super bulky sweater I think this past summer in hopes of wearing it this past winter and it's still not done. 😂 My hands have became used to baby needles and don't know how to work with big needles. 😂 Loving the top ur wearing it's beautiful. Also the green and blue sweater is a perfect color ❤

Dear Coley; How ironic I should find your video a few days after I began an organization project of my own. I added 30 stash entries to my Ravelry page and updated my quatities for sale. Boxed up lower quality yarn and 14" straight needles for donation. Also did some frogging with more to come. I love doing this; it makes me aware of what I already have for future projects. Great job. You have inspired me to frog my half and half. I had the same reaction to the project and yarn. I really enjoy using the purl soho merino fingering and might try that. The colors are lovely. But the linen quill is uncomfortable in my hands. I would love to know where to find a cabinet like yours. I am looking for a glass door cabinet with shelves and small footprint.
