seems all those steroid worlds are still funded by him. otherwise it wont explain why his old records especially with one arm still stand. was the strongest man ever lived. we are biased today. cause since steroids came alive we can no longer fully lift natural like those guys back then did. the modern world has an offset due to its influence. new things got build so i have a feeling it is no longer possible to really beat those records without going on gear. it would instantly change everything. building up completely new roots then. it would be like a root of history development to cut down. compared to those 100 years ago we are in a leaf state now. so: cut those roots and the tree will die. you have to plant a new one. but how can this be done if the tree was seeded and planted in a world where steroids were not invented yet? you see we are biased in todays modern world towards this. would be like cutting our own feet down. hence: full natural lifting power. Goerner is the limitation till today! someone being able to beat his 378kg record in the deadlift could therefore not be declared natural anymore either. kind of: as long as you stay inside this old record you can also reach this limitation point as potential maximum lifting power. above and you are no longer a natural yourself! straps werent even invented yet too. so much for that. others may have beaten him in other treats. but not when it came to be able to pull above the head at full arms length the highest possible weight ever! a guy did beat him at one arm. but goerner still holds the 2 hand record. till today! not even professional weight lifters are able to beat this because of what i wrote. only if they go on gear. and then the power from the gear, is basically: him! ironically. meaning we cannot really lift higher than him. even if we have over 500kg in deadlift now. understand the difference to goerner a faked world. based on his old existence. a bubble that adds artificially more weight. but this weight would not have existed back then. so its technically not even real! it is for us today cause of our biased position being born in a world where steroids exist. a bit of a paradox towards strength itself. like in bodybuilding. at the highest point those guys get at first place a statue of the guy inventing this: Eugen Sandow. himself: fully natural. what an irony here as well. having your climax point a goal to be something you no longer can be yourself, because of having to go on gear. but not allowed without going on gear to compete (otherwise forget it to get 1st place). we should therefore be thankful for what those old guys back then realised for enabling todays humans to live based onto i think! otherwise it would not have been possible. in a sense they were pioneers for all this! so: *THANK YOU BRONZE ERA STRONGMAN"

I don't know if you eat meat for body building but eating meat leads to bad karma. That's why humans have suffered throughout humans history with all forms of slavery and why we suffer today. Agenda 21 2030 Great Reset will be slavery again as a repeat of history except worldwide and the worst it's ever been unless people wake up to the conspiracy and true root cause of it. The truth is a narcissists worst nightmare.

Funny, I remember in the early 80's these were very popular. They then fell out of popularity while strong leg drive came roaring in. They seem to be coming back fairly strong now.
@ZEvenEsh13 күн бұрын
Agreed, although I don't think guys back then actually knew why they did this, they simply did this with all their bench be it BB or DB. I barely ever do these, I have stitches in my foot at the time so wanted to alleviate pressure from leg drive.

I’m really disgusted by youth sports. Parents coaching and believing their child is the team. There is too much politics in youth sports.
@ZEvenEsh17 күн бұрын
@@iviaqua your statement is correct quite often and it is very heartbreaking, most youth sports are completely dismantled by the time middle school comes around because of all the travel teams, and what’s getting harder is a lot of the younger coaches are no longer coaching youth or even the high school level because they hate the drama, so they go directly to starting a private club

It's different for everyone, usually it's scar tissue getting broken up. Keep the PT going and when cleared, use calisthenics, bands and sleds to slowly rebuild full range of motion.
