To the people that hate exercising and eating right, just remember that you always have 2 options: 1. Discomfort from exercise and eating healthy now 2. Discomfort from disease or injuries later on

@@stefanwolf8558 I think there’s always somebody who just loves to find the negative and things, so when you try to talk about the benefits of exercise, people start talking about how it’s forced on people, how they hate to run blah, blah, blah, sometimes the bottom line is that your mind is being weak, and you need to do hard things!
