I have done the 2MAD diet for 2 months, also running 30 minutes and some workouts I can do at home, and the result is unbelievable. I can't stop looking at my shape in the mirror. was trying so hard to lose skinny belly fat, and finally I saw results. Now I only need a small amount of lower belly fat to reduce. I'm going to try 1 meal a day diet from tomorrow. Can't wait

Hey, you mmentioned you worked on cardiac devices and I was wondering do you need to do any certifications to be certified to work on those or how does it work? For example, I'm working on BLS and was thinking of doing ACLS afterwards but not sure if theres anything for the devices themselves.

10 pounds a month Not bad counting Shrink weeks (no loss weight ) U could be looking at 90 lbs in a year sweet!!!! I'm needing to loose about 50 want mine gone by Next spring right now my fasting periods are 24 to 72 (When ever I cave)

There’s no reason to go to these extremes, I eat three meals a day but my calorie intake is about 1500-1700 and I’ve gone from 155 to 148 in 2.5 months It’s slow sure but it’s sustainable and I can stick to it in the long run, you can’t stick to this for life

Remember it also depends on the size of the meal I've tried doing only one meal but I ended up being way too hungry and consuming too much when it was time to eat my one meal. I found it worked better for me personally to eat 2 meals. Figure out what works best for yourself cause everybody is different and what works well for someone else might actually cause you to eat even more.

Guys I'm on day 7 of this diet and I think I control myself pretty well but the thing is I'm a student and it's summer break and there is nothing to do so I'm just laying around all day and I'm scared it will actually affect my results a lot and I'm probably gonna be doing this diet for another 16 to 17 days.

What I do is I don’t starve myself, I wait until I am actually hungry then eat so I don’t have to worry about being really fat and stuff and remember guys, food is fuel!

Have you considered EP mapping or CRM instruction or even technical writing in the cardiac device space? Those may be viable options for you.

Honestly this is not the best strategy to loose weight, instead eat healthier foods and more than whatever you want once a day.

you could lose the same amount of weight (maybe slightly less) if u ate nutrious meals 3x a day, no snacking, worked out 3x a day muscles and walked at least 4 times a day and did a healthy calorie deficit. you wouldn't be starving and you would have a fast metabolism and not gained all the weight back the second u stopped..

Im constsntly busy during the day been doing omad off and on for 3 years then tried carnivore and keto with it gained 20 punds back after the 50 i lost a year and a half ago trying to do omad but I eat what i want during my eating time hope i stick to it and it works
