The menu I am seeing in the G-Accon browser extension does not agree with the menus you are showing in the video. Not even close.

Thank you for this video. When I followed the instructions and pulled in data for my organization, it was mixed in with the dummy data. How can I ensure that the dummy data is removed? Also, how would this procedure be modified for multiple clients? I am still unsure if workflows belong to a particular tab, spreadsheet, or client. Thank you.

Thanks for the video. A few questions from a Fractional CFO who is trying to decide on reporting and forecasting platform for clients. I have signed up for a 14 day trial of G-Accon. I am not sure what plan the free trial is for. 1. The documentation I have found for G-Accon is very sparse. Is there a comprehensive discussion of all features and how to use G-Accon? So far, I've looked at all the KZbin videos, the G-Accon Academy, and the wiki. Is there any other support channel or way to get basic usage questions answered? Going through the webinar, I did pull in the three KPI Cloud Templates. A few questions about those: 2. These appear to me to be exactly the same as the corresponding "Reports" that are avaiable in G-Accon. What is the difference? 3. I do not see a logo. When I run the KPI Cloud templates, for instance for P & L, I get a P & L report in the current sheet I am working in. This is the same as if I run a P & L "Business Overview Report". 4. What is the difference between a report and a template? What about a Cloud Template? A workspace cloud template? A batch cloud template? Upload vs download? 5. From what I understand, one should pull in all the data first, putting it on various tabs, and then lock those tabs and develop the reports and dashboards for clients on other tabs? Am I thinking about that correctly? 6. How would a Fractional CFO or accountant modify the above process if there are multiple clients? Does each client have to have its own spreadsheet, workflow? 7. I have not seen anything about forecasting in G-Accon. How does G-Accon support forecasting and scenarios? 8. I noticed in the webinar that you were using sample data. Is there any way to get that data to learn how to use G-Accon? I'd be happy to be able to understand what you were doing in the Webinar and how to create, modify, and deliver KPI dashboards to clients. 9. Do I need to have a subscription to Google Workspace, or can I use G-Accon if I have Microsoft 365. I saw a part of the webinar said you have to use Google Workspace. Thank you.

Hi, is there a way to pull a Fixed Asset Reconciliation Report from Xero to Google sheets using G-Accon?

Skip this process... populate the data raw into google sheets then push into Data Studio - much better looking dashboards! If you guys create datastudio dashboards and teach how to map the financials - I bet you would see a lot more subscribers!

Very useful app. I am keep book of 5 Companies and use your extention to consolidate them. My suggestion is, is it possible to add data period as in QBO like as Financial year and Financial year up to date or up to last month. Thanks for your work!!!

Automation/refresh frequencies aren’t sufficient. Can’t run a live operation with 3 hour refresh. Enable sync every minute and you’ll have a useful tool.
