Just tried this myself. I was sceptical at first but it really does do a great job. Makes the pint so creamy, almost like a pub pint. Excellent invention.

on the surface seems fine to me, but i'm old school and like my pubs to be like pubs, not glorified wacky warehouses full of kids running riot with chavvy parents or smelling of greasy food. if i'm ever in the area i'd give it a spin for sure, i'll talk to anyone, even the Welsh !!

That toilet looks like the Ritz compared to a Chinese school toilet. First hand experience. The cleaners also aren’t 5 years old and they use soap and more than 1 mop for the whole property.

That is a proper pub not all this thymed sport and noise and over priced beer and food some where you can play a game of domino's in piece.

Looks a little dated but clean and well tended. My area has been infested by middle class newcomers from the south, who I can only presume made their money in middle/upper management, because they act like anchors. Cars now parked one in two spaces and snotty kids who have no manners. I have a fair bit of sympathy for this lady and wish my local was a bit more selective

You can see this place is a dump; there's absolutely nothing decent to drink in there. It's ok if you like mainstream, corporate beer like these 2 planks, but proper drinkers show respect for the place they visit by drinking the local brews. North Wales and Anglesey itself have some excellent breweries producing much better and more interesting beers than Guinness. But these 2 lack the imagination and inquisitiveness to try anything that's not advertised to them and offered up by the big corporations like swill to swine. The Bragdy Cybi microbrewery in Anglesey do a stout called Bragdy Cybi Dulas. It's in a different league to Guinness. But then these 2 'wouldn't care for it. It can't be any good otherwise it'd be advertised. That's the kind of beer I like and the sort of people who drink those beers who are adventurous and inquisitive and support local businesses and culture. Also so I don't bump into pretentious, humourless bores like these two.

Guinness ice cold keg needs no skill to look after it , it's the same everywhere , there is more shit talked about Guinness than any other beer all that bollocks about "lacing" is utter crap. The pub itself seems fine unpretentious and perfectly friendly .

I worked in Thaithebarn street for 40 years we went to all the pubs like the lion,Railway ect but this pub was a too close to the rough area so never went.The real name is the rising sun.Irishifaction of Liverpool pubs is disapointing but if you told me this pub would be famouse in the 80s I would have laughaed.

Worst pub ? You need to get out more, Anglesey is a really nice place too , i can think of a hundred pubs a lot worse than that just off the top of my head.
