They look excellent. So many naan recipes on KZbin don't look right but these look really good. Very similar to a tandoor and super soft. And thanks for showing the underneath - looks exactly how I think naan should look.

Such a lovely looking dish. I am eager to make it. Subtitles say Cumin Seed Powder but you say Jeera Powder. Is cumin seed powder different to cumin powder? If I use Jeera Powder will that be ok?
