Is it possible to dump the entire SIM card and then crack the 4-digit PIN it asks for when inserted into a mobile phone? I’m looking for information on this. If there’s a video specifically about this, I’d love to watch it. Thanks for documenting the decap process of the SIM card!

Many years later I'm still using the original 6 slim bulbs I'd put in the over mirror fixture in the guest bath and they're still fantastic and working great with an old style touch stepless dimmer. Got them when they first came out and could only wish that newer ones around the house had worked half as well. 🎉🎉🎉 note: Mine are the 60w equiv. bulbs. Also, at least from a distance of roughly 5 feet there's no buzz .. possibly also because I rarely have them turned anywhere near full brightness. No noticeable flickering either though I'm sure instrumentation could easily find that. *Cheers.!

How do you get the die flat under the objective of the microscope? So you don't loose focus when you move the die under the objective?

It's a sad state of affairs but I am impressed these days by anything using a real chonky-chonk switch that actually cuts power. That said, I'm pretty sure my not-quite-as-good Tekpower TP3005T's switch is even chonkier than this one. I haven't opened it up yet, but I would not be surprised if it was switching two contacts; it is loud and you can even tell from pitch whether you're turning it on or off. And I just realized the numbering scheme matches between the two. But I don't think I can actually get 5 amps out of mine. Is the 10amp rating on this one accurate?

That switching transformer seems a bit anemic to have 300VA moving through it.
@SeanBZAАй бұрын
High enough switching frequency and it will work, as you now are transferring the same amount of energy more times per second. With MHz switching you can get power supplies that use a similar size transformer, yet are rated for 600W of output, using what amounts to a 2 turn busbar as secondary, and active diodes, and they last well in servers as power supplies.

Put the reverse diode on the output.... It will save your PSU. Something that fails short. If you accidentally plug in a battery that you're charging backwards the diode will short and keep the remaining magic smoke inside.

The output capacitor could defiantly cause a current spike beyond what the current limit is set for. As you said, probably a trade off for lower ripple. Would be nice to see the measured ripple with and without the cap.

Thanks for show me how it works! I only have used my strobe once and that was to signal a cop at night where I was. (Called in a deer hit by a car that needed to be dispatched) Although I still probably could have just waved the light side to side and got the message across. Good for signalling. They claim for attackers to but honestly I think I'd be scared and not get the sequence right for that crap. Now on my bike mounted flashlight I LOVE the strobe! So many people pull up to the sidewalk to see cars blocking my path. The strobe let's them see me in the day time so they can move back. On a handheld flashlight I think strobe is only practical for getting someone's attention far away. (Not easy enough for a surprise attack AND can disorient you if indoors with the splash back light off walls) I hate more that like 3 settings. I like high low and strobe but ALWAYS want the first press to be 100% power solid bright. If I need a "lantern 40 lum light" I'll buy a dedicated lantern (which I have and does the job BETTER) Sort of like these gimmick "survival" flashlights that have a weak LED and then like 6 twist off compartments making up the body. Like NO you couldn't use that thing as a club! I like my simple aluminum 3 cell D flashlight that I can see very well with.....easy to find batteries....and can go "old school COPS" episode and use as a club. Any multi tool survival anything is usually a gimmick unless we're talking about a Leatherman style multi tool. The Leatherman style tools aren't perfect but still functional very well all things considered. Flashlight multi tool.........."Get outta here!!!!!"🤣 Sorry rant over GREAT video!

You can trim the plastic shield from the standard leads and use it with these meters, which you will have to do as the included leads are dangerously bad

Sir.....The oscilloscope in use exhibits limited fidelity in rendering the output waveform due to its restricted bandwidth of 100 MHz, which is insufficient to accurately capture the full spectrum of a 40 MHz square wave. Specifically, the device fails to process the energy of the third harmonic (120 MHz) and fifth harmonic (200 MHz), essential components in reconstructing the square wave's shape. This harmonic attenuation leads to a flattened output response, inherently tied to the oscilloscope's bandwidth constraints. Nonetheless, the internal view provided in the demonstration offers valuable insights into the design limitations and expected operational performance, helping gauge its cost-effectiveness.

I prefer my olight. Stays on the mode i have it in everytime i turn it on. Have to hold power button to change brightness. Double tap power button fast to make it flash. Battery lasts forever. Brightest light ive had. Light weight and tough. WATERPROOF. Had a dim mode that lasts for 3 days if needed. Has a super bright mode that lasts 2 or 3 minutes before it auto cancels to normal because the light gets hott for a led when that mode is used.
