Happy new year! Can’t believe how fast time is flying. I just rewatched your hawaii vlogs.. the girls were so small. Next time visit my home state of Florida you guys will love it. So many beaches and here is matcha paradise.. I would suggest doing the 28 days planks challenge is such a easy exercise yet a full body exercise.🎉

While you wait to get your shoes you could use your mat as support for your feet so you can still do Zumba. Great idea to try a variety of different videos so you get a feel of what you like and each class challenges different muscles. Exercising is so good for your mental and physical wellbeing and gets the healthy hormones flowing (naturally). 😊 I really enjoy Heather Robertson and Madfit - and I believe they are both Canadian girlies! 💪🏼

Thank you Les!! I actually got some shoes on sale at Costco this weekend, yay!! Feels so much better with them on. Yes!! It’s very fun trying different exercise videos and getting to know what I like and don’t like 😊 I don’t know why it took me this long to get up and get exercising. Loving it! The ICE District may be a little empty during this current off-season, but when the NHL season starts again in a little over a month, it'll be livelier. Albeit the keyword here is "livelier". You wouldn't believe how loud it was this past Oilers Stanley Cup Playoff run, there were so many cars honking. It was wholesome, actually. Think of it as a School during Summer break, where it'll be empty for 2 months until the school year begins again!
