The ICE District may be a little empty during this current off-season, but when the NHL season starts again in a little over a month, it'll be livelier. Albeit the keyword here is "livelier". You wouldn't believe how loud it was this past Oilers Stanley Cup Playoff run, there were so many cars honking. It was wholesome, actually. Think of it as a School during Summer break, where it'll be empty for 2 months until the school year begins again!
